In affect, if you were promoting Internet Marketing, that would be your primary Niche. You can have Subordinate Niches that are relevant to the primary Niche. 

Keep an open mind and do not look down a narrow path.  You need to get into a mindset of opening your mind up to everything around you.  Lets say you are watching TV.  Most people get up during the commercials and get a drink or something.  A devoted webmaster will watch all of the commercials and news on the TV so as to fill his mind with new ideas and stimulate his thinking.  You need to start thinking about gathering all of the information you can about what is happening in the world and what other people are interested in. What do people buy everyday, not you but the people worldwide.

This is one of the best markets for your Work From Home Business. The products to sell are plentiful on a wide variety of subjects. There are some subject matter that will convert more money and have better sales rates than others. The commission on these types of items usually runs between  50 to 75%. There is software available to keep you abreast of what is selling, the best profit margins and how the sales are holding in the market over a given time span. The cost of the software is about a $35 per month subscription. This may seam like a lot of money, but if you want to keep on top of the best sellers it is great to have. 

Marketing of Tangible Goods from Wholesale Outlets or other Suppliers

There are Thousands of Suppliers that are eager and willing to have you set up an Work From Home Affiliate Program with them. This  is just like advertisement for them. The more places that they can get their products viewed by the public, the better and what better place than the Internet.  The problem with these Work From Home Affiliate Programs is the commission rate. It usually runs from 5 to 15%, not real good return.  To find this type of Work From Home Affiliate Marketing Program, type in your web browser dog supplies + affiliates. Replace the dog supplies with whatever product you are interested in. You can sign up for as many as you like. You do not have to use them on your Website if you don’t want to. Do not sign up with Affiliate Marketers that charge a fee for selling their product. I am not going to talk about this one too much here, because I hate  that Junk E-Mail that is trying to sell me Viagra. I do give in depth instructions of how to set up a very Profitable E-mail Marketing Program in My Online Training Program. Anyway you  can set up an Work From Home Affiliate Marketing Program with most of the same suppliers in the 2 categories above. The benefit to this approach is you do not need a Website to maket your products. The bad point of this is that you have to obtain an E-Mail list. Without sales on a Website, the only way to get this list is to buy it. If you do this, please don’t send me any of your adds. I have plenty of Junk  E-Mail coming in from when I bought those Get Rich Quick Programs. Them people also sell your E-Mail address to line their pockets.

Selling Products on E-Bay_tm

I have done this but only of things that I own personally. Setting up the E-Bay_tm sales screen with Turbo Lister_tm will take you about 20 minutes or better per item you are selling in your Work From Home Business. I have heard from reliable sources that if you sell on E-Bay_tm, sell a few hot selling items so that you do not have to set up a lot of different sales pages. You just schedule another one of the same items.  You have to obtain a list of wholesale warehouses that you can buy the items from that you sell with your Work From Home Business.

Most of the time you will need a business name and a tax number from your state of residence to obtain merchandise from these warehouses. There is usually a fee charged, around $500 by these warehouses for you to be able to sell their products from your Work From Home Business. This goes against my grain and makes my feathers ruffle. If this is what you decide to do, look for warehouses that drop ship so you do not have to carry an inventory or ship merchandise.

Setting up an Online Store and Selling Your Own or Consigned Products

If you make your own items and or you set up a consignment arrangement with a warehouse, you can set up an Online store  or a mini type Website to market these products. The problem with a Website like this is that you do not have any resources to get traffic to your Website except to buy the traffic. Buying traffic can be fairly costly depending on the Keywords that you are bidding on for your stores paid advertisement. Maybe all of this does not make sense to you right now, but if you stay with me it will become clearer.
